Lynsay is a Creative Director who specializes in creating comprehensive brand stories that span borders, capture attention and unite people.
Most recently, Lynsay was the Creative Director of Freshly, an innovative direct-to-consumer food brand based in New York. At Freshly, she shaped and shared the start-up’s brand direction and guidelines and held responsibility for all creative assets, design, photography, packaging, digital and customer experience, across multiple platforms. Working side-by-side with senior leadership to identify the brand’s personality and values, Lynsay developed compelling art direction and design standards that both reflected the Freshly DNA, as they captured the attention of consumers, stakeholders and investors.
Prior to Freshly, Lynsay was the creative lead for Chobani, also based in New York. The lead on a team comprising best-in-class talent - since the inception of the brand to a tenure of over 5 years - Lynsay’s work focused on brand building and adding new relevance to new audiences through thoughtful and creative work.
Before moving in-house, Lynsay was an Art Director at a number of high-profile agencies in New York, Copenhagen and Toronto. She has collaborated with creatives that include Marcus Nilsson; Gentyl&Hyres; Roman and Williams; Matteo Bologna; Nathan Williams, the founder Kinfolk Magazine, and innovative business leaders such as Hamdi Ulukaya, and has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands including Dell, Lego, Disney, BMW MINI, Puma, Ecco,Waterworks and the Toronto Film Festival. Lynsay prides herself on striving endlessly to create symmetry among creative disciplines. Seeing projects with an open, integrative approach, Lynsay’s work marries strategy, design, digital, and physical elements to inspire bigger ideas and brand experiences.
Originally from Canada, Lynsay’s work has taken her from Toronto to Amsterdam, Copenhagen and to New York, where she currently resides. She holds a BA from the prestigious Ontario School of Art & Design University.
